PA Study Proves Single-payer Health Care Will Save $17 Billion Annually and Cover Everybody in PA A new study demonstrates that Pennsylvania can provide comprehensive, universal health care to every Pennsylvanian while saving billions of dollars in the process. It is time the United States, was no longer the only holdout among the 34 advanced industrialized countries in the world, all of whom, but us, have universal health care.
