This case should never have been dismissed. The public, seeing the word "diet," thinks they are going to lose weight or not gain, and many have lost their lives because of it.
Cheryl Bridges used it during pregnancy and her baby was born with a neural tube defect just like was seen in the original studies the FDA sealed from the public. The baby died and Cheryl wouldn't have anymore children because she thought it might happen again.
The Federal Courts could at least order the pop companies should at least take the "t" off of diet."
