Everydayhealth.com says "Each year, about 20,000 American men opt for a penis implant, according to the Cleveland Clinic."
If only half those men are on Medicare, and the surgery cost averages out to be somewhere in the middle, say, $20,000, then if my math is right - that adds up to - a LOT of money!
