And what I'm hearing Dr. Griffin, is that there were orders that allowed this to happen that probably came from Dick Cheney.
Griffin: It seems most probable, yes.
Kall: And the Neocons in the administration, who wanted a war, were looking for an excuse for one, and I know, back in the late '90s the Project for a New American Century had written about the idea that what was needed was a "Pearl Harbor" type event that could be used as an excuse... to start a new set of wars and combat situations.
