I love the symbolism of turtle, such as wisdom, longevity, self-contained creative energy, and shelter, and it was a pleasure to design and build this labyrinth and to invite the attendees of the ISTS to walk it. We even lit it up with candles two nights.

Watch the students of the Montessori school at Sandy Ford construct a Labyrinth in this video by Montessori parent, Edwin Dennis:
MAB: You've been working on a special project, The Celestial Labyrinths. Can you tell us about this?
BL: The Celestial Labyrinths are some of my favorites. These nine labyrinths are the result of the work by the Croatian author and speaker Adrian P. Kezele.

I was introduced to them years ago by my Croatian friend Sandra Pokos who has a Montessori school in Zagreb, where I created the Wisdom of the Heart Labyrinth.
Adrian worked from six months to a year on each of these Celestial Labyrinths, meditating, adapting, walking full size ones, and trusted his intuition and feelings about them as he tweaked the designs for each one.
