C: Really? Why that house?
H: The first 2 digits of the address was 27, the same as Emily's house. Also, the house was on a corner north of the San Francisquito Creek Trail and looked a lot like Emily's.
C: Anything else?
H: Both houses are almost the same distance from McBean but you can't get to them directly from Mcbean Pkwy.
C: I am sure Fred knew you took him to the wrong house.
H: Nope, he goes to the door and rings the bell. A woman he doesn't recognize comes to the door.
C: Huh?
H: He asks her if Emily or her parents were home. She tells him there is no one there by that name and so he asks her if she bought the house from Emily's parents.
C: What did she say?
H: When the woman told him she had lived there for 15 years, he realized I took him to the wrong house.
C: Haha!
H: He looked so disappointed and of course we lost the competition. But, guess what? The house I took him to is located geographically along the same latitude as Emily's house, and is in the same relative location as Emily's house in the right neighborhood.
