The question of how Latvia will earn money is more relevant than ever. There are no reasons for optimism. It means that young and smart Latvians will continue to leave. Mostly old people will stay. Moreover, Latvia is on the verge of reductions of EU subsidies (15-30 percent) according to the EU plan for 2021-2027. That's why discontent is growing in society"
