The Bill Clinton Presidency and the Democratic Party do not bear responsibility for George Bush's broken negotiations with North Korea, the quagmires in Afghanistan and Iraq, the growing number of American, Iraqi and Afghani casualties, the growing national debt, the disaster of Katrina, and the growing worldwide hatred of the United States. These unfortunate circumstances are the direct result of the failed policies and ineptitude of the Bush Administration and the Republican lead Congress.

Although he isn't a candidate, he is still a force in the Democratic Party whose leadership can inspire success. It would be derelict of him to allow Republicans to swiftboat his Presidency by blaming him for Bush's ineptitude in North Korea.
