It dawned on me that even though these conditions may not be worded exactly as some might prefer, they are in fact a start, which is the point. I encourage all of the wordsmiths and those who need a little push to generate some momentum to see how this may be used to keep the ball rolling.
I would add, a clause for legislators to support community and citizen control of public security forces (The Po Po), and at high altitude, I believe the central bank cartels with their public graft gift of printing currency and obligating the people to debt should be this list.
As for those congress members above, imagine giving them a wide open slap across the chops for their support of murdering, piracy, sneaking around in everyone's privacy
