: What is he going to do at Fallbrook? Why am I doing this? It's crazy: Dark, raining, traffic, I couldn't have picked a worse time.
: Let's see, we are at Fallbrook, he isn't even hesitating, we go right.
: Don't tell me he's going to Califa, I don't know why he would go back to Califa.
: We are coming to Dolorosa St, and he turns right. Maybe he knows where Nancy and Becky lived on Dolorosa. No way, unbelievable he can't be doing this. She lived on Dolorosa, but I guarantee you I don't know where it is. No way is he going to her house, that is not possible.
: Well, where do you want to go? You looked up there? Huh? There is no way I know this one!
: No way. Well, where do you want to go? Not over there. Let's go over there and 22607.
: He looked at and he is slowing down 22607. Not pulling me as hard, we are the corner of Sale and Dolorosa. And he's still going. We're still on Dolorosa. 22599, he looked over at 22599, he's still pulling me. He's stopped at 22548. He's going over here and looking over here on this side.
: Wait a minute, wait a minute. We walked up to, oh he is hanging around right here.
: Now he is going back to 22542 and he is circling around now; we're looking at 22543.
: No, I don't know. I don't know. We're still on Dolorosa heading towards where I parked but he is no longer pulling me so hard.

You probably have more questions than I do about this "find it journey."
What is there in common with Nancy, my girl friend in 1972, and Fairview Place? I met Nancy when I was living on Chase Street in 1972. I had a job and two horses in the backyard. Nancy worked full time, went to night school full time, raised two kids and bought and sold houses that needed work on the side. We went to a Thanksgiving dinner at her sisters who lived with her husband and two kids in a one room cabin off Kanan Road in Agoura. I commented that they should have bought a piece of land and built a house. She looked at me and said, "If you're so smart let's see you do it."
I think about Nancy a lot because, you guessed it, Fairview Place was the piece of land I bought, built the house that I sold to Billy Griffin from the Miracles.
But for him to stop and circle around 22542 as the house, I am not ready to believe that was the house.
I sent Becky, Nancy's daughter, an email last night with the map of the area.
