 Here're  some of the highlights:  counting interim leaders who are gone. The Brookings Institution puts the turnover at 74% from Trump’s “A Team” defined as top decision makers within the executive office (does not include cabinet secretaries): there have been 7 communications chiefs; 4 heads each of the Departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs & Health and Human Services; 4 national security advisers; 3 secretaries of defense; & 3 press secretaries. Key advisers are replaced with “acting” chiefs, temporary 'leaders' who do not require confirmation by the Senate, or the inconvenience of public hearings to establish whether they’re qualified for their jobs" Trump's administration has  proved exceptional in its instability, and can be broken down into a handful of categories, including scandal, getting crosswise with Trump’s ego, quitting on principle & sheer exhaustion."
