>Ryan Lee runs Continuity Summit, a conference that brings together experts on continuity websites and businesses-- which couldn't have existed 15 years ago. But now, there are tens of thousands of them. For example, one mother of five kids, has a site with 1000 members, each paying $20 a month, and it's for people who are paper, scrapbook and "cropping" hobbyists.
I interviewed Ryan because he represents a whole new bottom up and connection driven world of entrepreneurial energy and direction. As they say in his world, people sign up with membership sites for the content and stay for the community. And usually, a lot of the content is community provided or conversations that have been recorded for the community in the form of webinars or conferences.
