The two cases, Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum and Mohamad v. Rojaub, ask a question that seems fairly ironic given the Supreme Court's recent decision in Citizens' United:Are corporations "individuals" for purposes of liability under human rights laws? That's right.
