The End of the World, as We Know It

How can we "stay sane inside insanity"?  It is becoming clearer that the governments of this planet are losing their collective sanity and allowing pure stupidity to run their agendas.  Where and when this latest bout of sheer "shmuckism" began is difficult to determine, but the current champion of it is none other than George W. Bush and his administration.

When President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned our country about the "Military Industrial Complex" (MIC), his words fell on deaf ears.  Since his administration this mega-corporate monster has been growing and controlling more and more of our country and, indeed, the world.  It is quite obvious that it was the power behind Bush and his two questionable wins in the presidential races of 2000 and 2004.

The Bush administration has been one long series of conspiracy theories, starting with his first election, 9/11, and beyond.  Driving all of these theories is the acquisition of the "American Free Press" by the MIC.  Since GW Bush took office, the news we have been receiving has been suppressed more than Pravda's at the peak of the Cold War.  The lies, innuendos, and slanderous headlines printed by the "owned" media are threatening the very existance of this once great country.  The truths and integrity of this country have fallen hard by the way-side and we are seeing our laws and justice being warped to the detriment of even our daily lives.

All of this has led to a very chaotic divided America which is now affecting the entire world. Having been the world's leader since WWII most countries have looked to us to set the example for mature civilized leadership.  Since Bush has been president, the leadership we have shown is anything but mature or even sane.  Even our Congress has denied our Constitution and supported Bush in his deviant behavior.

It is therefore, little wonder that we find our planet facing mass annihilation and insanity.  Even if our country were to suddenly come to its senses, no one would listen to us anymore.  The Bush administration has effectively destroyed any credibility our coutry once had.

We now are looking at a re-make of the Kennedy-Kruschev Cuba crisis except in reverse.  Bush's dimwitted attempts to put missles in countries surrounding Russia is no different than the USSR's putting them in Cuba.  The fighting in Geogia may just be the beginning of our descent into the shesr madness of nuclear oblivion.  The American military has lost almost all of its ability to fight or actually defend our country.  The only real weapon we have left is our nuclear arsenal. This does not bode well with Bush having his finger on the "button." The possibility of John McCain following Bush is even scarier with his careless "bomb-bomb-bomb bomb-bomb Iran" mentality. With Russia beginning to retaliate against our meddling in their backyard, the hope for world peace has disappeared altogether, and now we must hope that we will be able to avoid the lunacy of a nuclear holocaust.

All the while this is taking place, the majority of the American people sit idly by unaware of the total disaster facing our planet.  The MIC owned media will not even mention or hint at what this world may be headed for.  Americans are so uninformed that it is anybody's guess as to who will win this fall's election. The lies and slander being thrown at Barack Obama make the "swift boating" incident of 2004's election look like nothing.  If it were not for the internet and the people's access to it, there would be no truth available to our citizens at all.  The controlling of our "free press" has in effect taken the average American totally out of the world environment and has allowed the controlling of our government by the MIC to occur.

Where this planet will be in the very near future is anyones guess, but the leading possibilities do not bode well for human existance to continue.  We have enough natural disasters pending for our planet, we most certainly do not need to continue adding more disasters to the pot.
