I read an article on OEN with the title, "Can Americans Overthrow The Evil That Rules Them?"
The author suggested that voting for Trump would be an affront to the ruling elites who don't want Trump. The author hints that the machines are rigged, suggesting that Trump isn't going to win anyway. I am inclined to agree with the latter, which leads to the question, why vote for either Clinton or Trump if the game is rigged? We've been talking about rigged machines for at least 16 years. So the funny business that has already lined up for Mo snafu will go the way of previous complaints, with hand wringing about how the greatest democracy shouldn't allow such base manipulation of election results, how terrible the FEC is, and how hopeless it all seems, etc. I often like the tone of Mr. Roberts essays. Yet Bona Fides are important, at least for my own peace of mind and education. This essay however strikes some sour notes, especially at the end with the shutout of comment. I heard about a billionaire who would occasionally attend meetings by community policy makers who were seeking his input/largess on certain matters. Mr. Billionaire would appear and interrupt the order of business while providing a brief discourse on his thoughts (requirements for funding) about particular issues"then he would stand, taking no questions (in some instances he never sat down), and proceed to leave with his entourage before and aft. I used to think, Wow. What an a**hole. That's the way this article rubs me. Why not publish your thoughts somewhere else instead of OEN if you don't want any comments. Hell, it is recorded that even oracles responded to questions/comments. I am certainly not looking for an oracle, although, I am open to learning.
There is something I am looking for, however. Perhaps you could give OEN a treatise that would illuminate the origins of the Treasury's Economic Stabilization Fund, its relationship to the IMF market operations through the New York Fed, ruling elites it has supported/bailed out in other countries, such as Mexico, and sponsorship of covert ops, who knows maybe they were overt ops against the Iranians, and any other sovereign people you are aware of. I would appreciate it if you could/would do that"after all you worked at Treasury under the great reign and initiation of the Age of Reagan (Part I)"or not.
And finally, do you have an answer to your question that you would like to share with us, or would you prefer we just discuss it amongst ourselves?? Ok so that was redundant.
