Most people are speculating that the shooter of Charlie Kirk was a left winger. but he was not without critics on the right who might also be suspects. for example, he had built great power with his turning point organization. Whoever takes over that job could be a suspect.

I asked Perpleity AI the question:

"Did Charlie Kirk have critics on the right who disagreed with him and attacked him? if so, what did they say and what was he criticized for saying or doing?"

Here's what it replied:

Yes, Charlie Kirk had critics on the right who disagreed with him and attacked him. These right-wing critics primarily viewed him as too moderate or insufficiently extreme, as well as controversial for some of his public statements and associations.

### Criticisms from the Right

- Some on the far right considered Kirk too aligned with mainstream Republican figures and accused him of not being radical enough in his views or actions. For example, extremist groups and neo-Nazi figures regarded him as an enemy while still acknowledging his role in conservative activism[1].

- Kirk was criticized for associating with far-right figures and ideologies who were highly controversial, including guests on his podcast who held extremist views such as slavery apologism or opposition to women's voting rights[2].

- His rhetoric on topics like critical race theory, transgender issues, and immigration fueled disputes within conservative circles, sometimes causing friction with more traditional or moderate conservatives, as well as with the Republican National Committee over outreach strategies[3].

- Kirk made provocative statements such as describing Martin Luther King Jr. as "awful" and criticizing the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which drew sharp rebuke even from some conservatives who saw such comments as extreme or damaging[3].

- He propagated politically charged ideas such as the "Great Replacement" theory and expressed distrust toward diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, which alienated some conservative allies who found his rhetoric too divisive or inflammatory[3].

- Some critiques also noted that Kirk repeated common conservative talking points without sufficient originality and became less open-minded over time[4].

Cui bono only gets you so far, but if I was looking for someone with a reason to kill Kirk or have him killed, my list would begin with "who's desperate to distract MAGA from the Epstein files?"

Yes, exactly my question. That's a good question for AI: who benefits the most from the death of Charlie Kirk? Follow the money.

Just read on Ron Paul's Campaign for Liberty was where Kirk got his political inspiration started. I wish he stood with Ron Paul Foreign Policy and sound money monetary ideas, rather than buying RR Dogma as a young adult. About all that "born again" did for me, at 20, was clean me up from long haired wild hippy teenagers 70s, on a Church of Open Door farm 78-80 in Sonoma County. I wouldn't have gone to funeral of the wicked witch of the west either.

I don't understand the urge to denigrate the man. Not only is it unseemly, but much of the criticism is disturbingly extreme and false. Actually, most of the criticism of his supposed views reveals how little attention the critics paid to what he actually said and is only opinion based on misunderstanding or nothing but bile. I guess it's what those people feel they are supposed to think. But Charlie wanted people to think for themselves, whether or not they agreed with his views.

As for using AI this way, it's inevitable that it produces skewed results. And using Wikipedia as a source for a political issue or person is always problematic.

When one has seen the rotten stone throwing fruit of the right wing religion, his incite rhetoric does not belong in public of a crowded boiling melting pot. Fire, fire, fire ring wing religion has many yelling at each other over personal issues. He may as well been a 21st Century Scribe or Pharisees.

If you're referring to Kirk, you're off your rocker. Perhaps you're just one of his critics who never bothered to watch or read what he actually said and instead chose to simply join the virulent demonizers.

I know the subject well. From first reading anything from that man said, he was a lunatic. Last year I saw a video of him using Churchill WW 2 line of America uniting in force against Japan, saying today it would unite in fury against Iran. If you support that bs stay the out of it all.

Besides the religious right Preachers are 21st century Scribe and Pharisees. Until you understand that, you know nothing about the bullshit them preachers have turned the good news into.

You express a malicious attitude toward Kirk, an attitude that, to his great credit, he never expressed. Misusing Biblical references in this way is sadly weird and just vitriolic. I won't continue this hopeless exchange.

He scared me from first hearing of him. My anger at the Religious Rig strict letter of the law dogma he learned his Christianity from. I heard him try and incite an American fury against Iran, using Churchhill words. If you support that, stay out of it al. You know NOTHING of what you defend! He has a speech where he tried to untie America in full force fury against Iran. Try and defend that before your GOD!

My hearing he had changes of hearts on Israel, has me lightening up chuck. Changing views on Israel today is not an easy thing to do. I've been asking for years or more why Israel is the most hated topic of the times.

We don't bring them up in public in the Pubs, of which a few are from 1933, and we hope that will restore the 1933 Cafe atmosphere,,, of say Texan Scott Joplin Rag Time. But am only in it for the 1980s Pool action around Fitchburg Leominster MA.

A world view of a young American after 911 is a tough nut. I told Tucker Carlson last knight, "I may shake his hands today for 2rd best organizer of the times."

Adam who won a Mark Twain? I want a Kurt Vonnagutt

Foot note. Had Grandson of Carlin's in Train Stop Ayer 1933 Cafe wife as a Lawyer when nothing could be done. Shared sham around here. She gave me T-Shirt of Carlin's opening the day after Prohibition ended. This an hour walk east with Shemp to North Bridge in 1976 for 200th. We plan real one in 2026 for 250th. I wouldn't invite him to drive his Tank. Maybe Concord NH?

He was killed because he was stupid. He became too close to the Prez and such things are never good for you in the dictatorship. He also is worth much more dead than alive.
