I have zero to contribute to this, except to say what I wrote in the title (which I think is a major coup for Rob Kall, who allows fairly established authors to create the title, which is truly major).

Ok. I realized promptly that I did not disclose the fuller truth from me. Namely, I try to be a messenger, not an proselytizer, though I also realize that this is a mighty fuzzy line. And in the end I suspect we are all the latter to one degree or another.
