This kind of treasonous behavior, this treachery, on the part of Corporate America, would never be allowed to exist in a true democracy; however, America's democracy is now controlled by these masters of Corporatism and the accumulation of obscene profits at the expense of this country and its people is no longer even challenged.
This situation can't be allowed to continue because what Corporate America is doing is, slowly but surely, transferring the mass of wealth of the majority of the American people into the top 1% of this country. What's happening is a clear indication that America's system of capitalism is corrupted and unsustainable and it will eventually bring down this consumer-driven economy and then this country itself.
So in end the question should not be whether or not these business practices of America's massive global corporations are a form of treason but, rather, how in the world can they not be considered to be exactly that? And how can this government continue to allow this betrayal, this treachery against this country and its people to continue?
