Throw that mixture on top of the peaches. You can smooth it out with the back of a spoon, if you really want to.
Pop it in the oven and set the timer for 30-45 minutes. (Less for a large pan, more for a small one.) I don't worry about the timing. You could eat this raw if you want; it's still yummy. But if I see smoke, I definitely take it out of the oven.
So, there it is.
Impeach Cobbler. Easy as pie. Easier, really.
Practical, not too fancy, using what's around, doing the best that can be done without sophisticated tools, and led by the heart. Sort of like how this country was founded. Everyone just doing their best to cook up some delicious democracy.
