Message Ed Martin

At this very moment our entire military is voluntarily and illegally following the patently illegal orders of George Bush.  It is an on-going crime in progress being conducted by the Bush/Cheney criminal enterprise.  Congress is complicit in this crime by continuing to fund it.  The Pentagon is complicit in this crime by continuing to conduct it.  The Republicans and the Democrats are complicit in this crime by aiding and abetting ir or standing back, watching it, and refusing to stop it.

The first requirement of the law is to stop, immediately, any crime in progress.  George Bush's attack on Iraq is like a home invasion.  A gang of criminals does a home invasion, breaking in and killing anyone who resists.  When the cops show up, the criminals tell them they need another six months to finish up the death and destruction.  Due diligence will show you that the cops won't buy that, they're not going to stand back and wait until the criminals decide when they're finished.  They're going to stop it, right now, immediately, at all costs.  That's the way the Iraq war must be ended, right now, immediately, because the due diligence that the Pentagon is belatedly using to deny aid to the soldiers shows very clearly that it is a crime in progress.
