This Pisces Full Moon is wired with feminine energies. The Pisces Moon is conjunct Chiron, the Wounded Healer. Chiron in Pisces brings up the wound our world is suffering under--that we are not Spiritual beings, that there is no other reality than the material one patriarchy has given us, that we are unworthy of the great blessings spirit has bestowed on us. The blessing of this wound is that we are finally remembering that we are children of the Goddess and the God, that we have a spiritual heritage that needs to be valued and lived.

The Great Moon Mother shares with us an awareness of the woundedness of our world and asks our Virgo self, what we intend to do about it. Once we remember our inner Spirit, we are compelled to open ourselves to our spiritual destiny. It is time to dispel the illusion that we are separate from each other and from the Earth. Pisces teaches us we are all One, just as we are individuals. The question this Pisces Full Moon poses us is why did we incarnate at this moment of human history? Is it to continue feeding the corporate machinery of patriarchy, or is it to dive deep within our humanness and remember our responsibility to Life.

Venus in Virgo is opposite Neptune in Pisces. While Neptune can delude us with fantasies of love, it can also inspire great love within us. Venus in Virgo wants to serve that love. Love comes to shore, asking us to dream big about what's possible and then ask the heart what's necessary.

The Pisces Moon forms a grand trine with three of the major asteroids: Vesta and Ceres in Scorpio and Juno in Cancer. Vesta in Scorpio enhances our emotional power to help resolve outstanding relationship issues and find integration. Vesta's sexual energy is our kundalini energy, and we can transform this sexual energy into enlightenment and inner liberation when we come to know ourselves before we try to know and understand someone else.

Ceres symbolizes the power of growth and nurturance, the Mother Goddess who gives birth as well as deals death. In Scorpio, she nurtures through emotional intimacy that transforms and heals us as it takes us through the death of old negative feelings and aligns us with the truth of our hearts.

Juno in Cancer nurtures our relationships and encourages emotional closeness. Aligned with the Pisces Moon, Ceres nurturance and Vesta's enlightenment, we will want to nurture the world and help heal it.

The ongoing Uranus in Aries square to Pluto in Capricorn connects with Mercury and Pallas Athena in Libra. Pallas Athena united with Mercury symbolizes the creative intelligence we need to solve our problems. Uranus opposite these two energies opens our intuition and can guide us to new perceptions concerning social justice (Libra) that can counter our continuing racial, gender and sexual prejudice. Pluto squaring these two energies uses the power of ideas to transform reality.

It's time to speak out, write about, create a vision and live a new reality.

The Sabian symbol for the Sun at 17* Virgo is: A volcanic eruption. This symbolizes the explosive energies that are cooking in the collective unconscious. The more we repress our need to be free, the more explosive the situation becomes. We have to find another way to live and we have to do it soon.

The Sabian symbol for the Moon at 17* Pisces is: An Easter parade. This symbol shows us that we have to gather and celebrate the rebirth of spirit in our world. Those explosive energies can only be peacefully channeled when we remember we are spirit having a human experience. When we band together, we are powerful. It's time for rebirth!

We are being asked to make a choice. Will we continue with our old ways of being in the world or will we trust our hearts to know the truth, so that our minds can listen and find us a way through the darkness to a new dawn?
