This new Moon in Leo is pulling in the energy of the big Aquarian conjunction of Jupiter (the urge to expand our vision and heart to accept everyone as equal as well as our curiosity about the future), Neptune (the imagination to dissolve the old beliefs that separate us from ourselves, each other and Spirit) and Chiron (the healing of those wounds and the old fears that separate us). This triple conjunction has been energizing the new vision we need to create a new world of peace and prosperity. We won't create this new society overnight but create it we will. The Heavens tell us so. And yet how that new life comes into being is up to us. So this new Moon, plant the seeds of your unique vision of the future. And then water it with your passion and watch it grow. Then take action as appropriate.

The Sabian symbol for 28*Leo is: Many little birds on a limb of a big tree. This image speaks to the many inspired possibilities (birds are often associated with spiritual inspiration and imagination) that are available to us to solve our individual and collective problems. The giant tree is the world tree, the world axis, which gives us the strength of life and hope. The image also speaks of many people going to the Tree of Life for shelter as well as Wisdom. So make connections with like-minded people who share a similar vision. And have the self-confidence that allows us to work in groups without the ego-bickering that is usual when we work together. My favorite image of how groups should work is that of Dolphins. I heard once that whichever dolphin is in front of the pod leads. We are supposed to lend our creative energy to the group when it's needed.

The on-going opposition between Saturn in Virgo and Uranus in Pisces is joined by Mercury conjunct Saturn in Virgo, Mars in Gemini and out-of-sign Pluto in Capricorn to form a grand cross. As implied by the image, a grand cross challenges us to manifest something by pulling together opposing energies. While mutable grand crosses can be nerve-wracking and frustrating, the larger purpose is to force us to properly direct our energies toward our goals. In this grand cross, Pluto brings a different energy to the grand cross, making it more flexible and less resistant to change.

With Mercury in the mix with Saturn, we can begin to articulate the new Uranian vision and come up with practical solutions on how to manifest it. Mars in Gemini has lots of ideas about how we might fix the crumbling structures of our society as Pluto starts (remember, this is only the start of the re-structuring) its journey through Capricorn. The end of patriarchal thinking is immanent, and Mars in Gemini happily steps outside those parameters to come up with new ideas that are future-oriented (Mars is in a creative positive relationship with the Aquarian conjunction).

So take these last few weeks of summer and be creative! Let your mind wander, let your emotions tell you how you feel, and let your intuition point the way forward. Oh yes, and don't forget to take the body along, so get healthy and enjoy the pleasures of life! Summer is almost over and soon Winter will be here.

Have fun, play and open to the endless possibilities of Life!
