Choose any state, search the health departments and medical experts that would be advisors to the governor, and you will find that all depend on regulations coming from the NIH and the CDC. Now go to any county in the state and see that rules from the Governor are being put into effect across the state. So it goes, from WHO down to the smallest town council and clinic administrator. This is exactly what happens to every country on earth at the same time, regardless of variations in the details of what serve as their respective health bureaus.
Article 2 of the WTO's Constitution also empowers the WTO --.. to establish and revise as necessary international nomenclatures of diseases, of causes of death and of public health practices." This authorizes an Orwellian level of language control, as the WTO can now define all terminology relating to public health, and to change definitions at any time, as recent history has shown.
As an example, prior to May, 2009, the WHO's definition of 'pandemic' included "An influenza pandemic occurs when a new influenza virus appears against which the human population has no immunity, resulting in several, simultaneous epidemics worldwide with enormous numbers of deaths and illness".. ". Suddenly , the passage "with enormous numbers of deaths and illness" was removed. This has enabled the WHO to declare a 'pandemic' for virtually anything that circulates widely. For all anyone knows, multiple non-pathogens could be spreading globally at any given time and going unnoticed because of the lack of clinical symptoms.
Likewise, 'vaccines' have for generations been defined as based on killed or attenuated pathogens that a body recognizes as 'foreign', this triggering an immune response. Now, the definition (here Merriam-Webster ) is "a: a preparation that is administered (as by injection) to stimulate the body's immune response [or] b: a preparation of genetic material (such as a strand of synthesized messenger RNA) that is used by the cells of the body to produce an antigenic substance (such as a fragment of virus spike protein )". The source of this expanded definition, with its inclusion of mRNA genetic technology, could be based only on the WTO's authority.
Definitions can be moving targets at the WHO's discretion. 'Herd immunity' went from (in June, 2020) something "".. that happens when a population is immune either through vaccination or immunity developed through previous infection", to (by November, 2020) "a concept used for vaccination, in which a population can be protected from a certain virus if a threshold of vaccination is reached. Herd immunity is achieved by protecting people from a virus, not by exposing them to it." By December, 2020 the WHO had added " WHO supports achieving 'herd immunity' through vaccination, not by allowing a disease to spread through any segment of the population".
Each change strengthens the linking of herd immunity with vaccination, just as the revised definition of vaccine incorporates new, experimental genetic technology. Both revisions are exactly what one would expect if being written by vaccine interests, which are exactly what WHO represents. The power to define concepts related to public health, to declare whatever it determines to be a 'pandemic', and then to dictate corrective measures with authority to governments across the globe, together are a 1-2-3 punch giving the pharmaceutical industry, as a "specialized agency" of the United Nations, an unparalleled level of global control.
