With any amount of luck, LENR technology will hit the world marketplace in a big way in 2013 or 2014 at the latest, and relatively primitive, low temperature first generation LENR reactors are for sale today through Andrea Rossi's Leonardo Corporation. LENR technology will be cheap, nonradioactive, nontoxic, portable, and has a higher fuel energy density than even uranium based fission reactors. LENR technology is so revolutionary it will literally redefine the human race, just as the development of organized agriculture and the first industrial revolution. But Obama and the Department of Energy are ignoring LENR, perhaps because they are fully paid up members of the church of renewable energy that has brought us sky high food and fuel prices, increased unemployment, and massive budget deficits.

Obama appointed Steven Chu as our Secretary of Energy because Chu was his only credentialed energy adviser crazy enough to still think that biofuels were a good idea. Farm belt politician Obama bought the White House by selling out the human food supply to the biofuel lobby that promoted and financed his political campaign. We know what Obama will do if reelected. He will make food too costly to eat, cars too expensive to buy or to run, and government too deep in red ink to function.

Who will I vote for? Maybe I will vote for Libertarian Gary Johnson, or maybe even for Mitt Romney if I feel angry enough that day to ignore my vast differences with Romney on so many vital issues. Maybe I will write in the name of someone I truly admire instead of any of these heavily flawed politicians. The point is, I will not vote for leaders who are destroying our nation and our future with fraudulent and destructive energy policies. Without energy we cannot live. Energy is our blood.
