Over 50 million people have viewed Catherine St. Germain's video message, which details how her  now ex-husband sexually assaulted her 15-year-old daughter. That man, Aaron Scott, was released from his jail sentence Tuesday. He was in jail for just 90 days - a sentence that should be a criminal act in itself. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
