Grant Township, PA This is despicable and deeply disturbing:  Two Lawyers from CELDF (Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund) are being sanctioned for defending community rights to say NO to fracking wastewater wells; this removes one of the only options left to many communities; hit them where they hurt.

The fossil-fuel and bankster-bought courts, administration, & congress are trying to shut down local activism by moving to make protesting a felony crime and doing away with class action damage suits. The deep state is targeting national and grassroots environmental defense groups assisting local governments and Tribes. We need these defenders to help us fight rapacious corporate GREED.

Secession seems a next logical step for states that don't want fossil fuel exports despoiling their lands and waters, seizing Tribal lands, and other criminal deeds.
