On a visit to the UK last summer, ThisCantBeHappening! journalist Dave Lindorff suffered acute shortness of breath and found himself spending five days in a National Health Service hospital in Oxford. He found the experience eye-opening because of the quality of care, efficiency, and lack of concern about picking his wallet.
