Why Hasn't the Media Broken the "Inside Job" Story?

Many “truthers” often wonder why the mainstream media hasn’t broken the “inside job” story yet. The reason is simple: The 9/11 perps have not been exposed. (Check the “Suppression Timeline” linked above.)

Only after the real 9/11 perpetrators are widely exposed with the media break!

Will “truthers” finally start promoting no-planes/TV-Fakery? If the “truth movement” can’t admit their mistakes, why should the average person? People will simply continue believing what they feel most comfortable with: the “boxcutter” story. They don’t care about the evidence. Why should they? After all, the “truth movement” doesn’t. Or do they???


How many “truthers” have looked at the no-planes/TV-Fakery evidence lately… evidence that anyone can understand?

Naivete

If you really want to understand why 9-11 Truth can't break into the mainstream, I suggest you take the time to study the last 60 years of the UFO Disclosure movement, because not understanding that, and expecting one book to turn the 9-11 Truth trick is real NAIVETE.

It's not just "one book" that will break 9/11 truth open.  It is the book's success, and that getting the author on national media to educate millions to 9/11 truth . . .

. . . plus that breaking the taboo for media to cover it . . . as evidenced by ABC Radio having Richard Gage on days after Alten broke into CBS National Radio . . . .

Plus if independent publishers see that doing 9/11 truth related books have a huge audience and they will not only not ruin their business by publishing them but can actually turn a profit from it . . .

CAN HAVE A HUGE IMPACT.  Or we could just take your attitude, and go "ew, the world is f*cked, so let's just complain about it.

The other bookend of naivite is hopeless cynacism.  You exhibited it above in your comment.

For those who haven't given up, "The Shell Game" and its courageous author are powerful 9/11 truth tools.

Imagine how many more people would come to Griffin's work if The Shell Game hits #1, because we all create a campaign to get it there???

If you google the popular phrase "the shell game" there's 8 million sites.  TheShellGame.net with all it's 9/11 truth links is #3.

Imagine how many eyes will be brought to 9/11 truth sites if The Shell Game was driven to #1 by a concerted effort.

Truth

Mr. Douglas, you may regard my comments as "hopeless cynacism", but I'd prefer to catagorize them as stark realism. From having been involved with UFO Disclosure following the May 9, 2001 National Press Club event, which had an estimated audience of 250,000 through the Internet, I think I know something about Truth, and the insidious suppression of it every minute of every day everywhere around the world.

Until someone figures out a way for any of these suppressed Truths to gain a foothold in the mainstream media, nothing is going to change, and the idea that the wide spread distribution of a book can somehow do this is laughable.

Do you know how many book have been written on the UFO subject? Are you aware of the current public acceptance of UFO reality based on recent polls? Ah, but 9-11 Truth is somehow different you may claim. Sorry, but it works the same, regardless of which pet Truth you'd like to expose.

Any paradigm-busting Truth can not be expected to reach critical mass, where suddenly "it's all over the newspapaers". It has to enter the mainstream as a dialogue that someone with very high visibility and credibility has to start - such as a current politician, high ranking member of the military, or someone like Oprah. That dialogue has to be carefully planned and choreographed, so that the controversial comments are made on LIVE television and can not be edited or ignored. Then others with similar high profiles have to have been groomed and waiting in the wings to "pile on" in support of this courageous first person.

 In other words, as much planning has to go into this effort as went into the original 9-11 disception - planning that no one in the 9-11 Truth movement is willing to do, because eveyone thinks that "critical mass" through grass roots activism is the answer.

 It's not.

YOU ARE ADVOCATING THE IDEAL AS AN EXCUSE TO DO NOTHING

Since you admitted that all this planning you say is necessary for 9/11 truth to break into the mainstrean does not currently exist when you said it was "planning the 9/11 truth movement is not willing to do," it follows that trying to push THE SHELL GAME to number one on the best seller list is the best tactic we have right now.

I suspect that it is not so much that the 9/11 truth movement is not willing to do the planning but that the massive and intricateLY timed campaign you advocate of lining up major celebraties to come out for 9/11 truth in a carefully timed sequence is something only a major corporation or a government is capable of doing.

John Maynard Keynes once said that the perfect is the enemy of the good.  An example of the truth of Keynes' statement is what you are now doing in advocating a grand, coordinated campaign beyond the capacity of the 9/11 truth movement as an alternative to something that we CAN do right now.  By an advocating a perfect campaign as an alternative to what we can do, you are encouraging inaction and doing nothing.

What's Better?

What's better .... Spinning our wheels by doing things that have proven to be ineffective in the past, or understanding the size of the gorilla we are up against, and subsequently understanding what is really required?

There are enough brilliant people in the 9-11 Truth movement to mount the coordinated effort needed to break the mainstream's strangle hold, but when comparisons are made about how other movements in the past have tried and failed, no one wants to listen. Mention UFO's to 9-11 Truthers and watch them run like so many scared rabbits. No one can see beyond grass roots activism, which has no chance on its own.

The truth is that until all these people with all their pet Truths get together and start to collectrively understand the entire grim picture of what the hell is really going on behind the scenes, and that 9-11 Truth is a small but important piece of this larger picture, and that UFO reality is but another, nothing of substance is about to change.

Come on people! "The Shell Game" is the best opportunity...

Come on people! "The Shell Game" is the best opportunity going! The Truth movement is moving but not fast enough. Please help push "The Shell Game." The "Tipping Point" needs to be reached SOON! Otherwise, the next 9/11 -- expect it to be nuclear (read about the "American Hiroshima") -- will wipe 911Truth off the slate and martial law into practice. Time is running out. George Bush says the next 9/11 "will wreak havoc through death." He said it August 3rd, 2007. He also said the next 9/11 will make the first "pale by comparison." If those statements don't get your attention -- now that you've seen them -- you deserve what you get. Push the damn book. Its a powerful read that can open up 911Truth to a great number of people/media that otherwise wouldn't ever know a different Truth existed. Time is quickly running out. Help get the Truth out. Help spread "The Shell Game." Help get it to the top of the best seller lists. Then, the complicit media cannot ignore the truth anymore.

Dr Bob Bowman, at the 9/11 " Truth Now Tour" here in

Sydney this weekend, highly recommended the book. Somebody had asked the question what the panel thought of a fictionalised account such as "The Shell Game" being used to get the message out to the public. The person who asked the question thought that this would desensitise people to the message. Dr Bob Bowman and the panel thought that, on the contrary, a fictionalised account like this, or a docudrama on the subject (one of the panel members was a documentary filmmaker who had just made a documentary about 9/11), was the only way to reach certain types of people.

It is really very serious that the criminally insane madmen in your government might yet give the order to attack Iran.
