It is easy to see, self-evident, in fact, how racists, xenophobes, bigots, Neo-Nazis and fascists, other narcissists, and his now famous group, the "poorly educated," have become fans. But it baffles me how seemingly normal, responsible adults can get sucked in by this offensive buffoon with very little actual message beyond inconceivable walls, too-simple catch phrases, and the fomenting of reactionary responses. Narcissistic personality disorder can be described as praising and puffing yourself up at the expense of others. Trump goes well beyond fitting the description. Yet voters want to look past this clinical problem as somehow inconsequential. If it is just because he has an 'R' behind his name, I would suggest that they may need as much mental help as Trump does. Has our country really sunk this far? I still can't believe it. This is surely a nightmare, right? Somebody, please, wake me the hell up.
