With the bloody events in Gaza and seeing the destruction, the many dead, the wounded and mutilated bodies and seeing the burning and angry emotions, I recollected another question : What does this horrible holocaust in Gaza mean for the West’s intellects, politicians and leaders? And are they still asking the stupid question: why do they hate us?
I wondered what feelings they had when they were watching this war against the people of Gaza which is brutality beyond imagination. Death under this crazy attack could be the easiest part compared to the seriously wounded, those who lost major parts of their bodies, and those who lost there loved ones all together.
The answer may appear less important in this time. However I will answer with bitterness, which we swallow as we see civilian’s sufferings from the brutal Israeli attack on Gaza and the continuous and planned destruction as well of the mass cleansing of people. I will answer believing in the justice and legality of occupation resistance.
I will repeat the question, which the west surprised us with in the aftermath of 911, with which a new era of an uncompromising war started. No one yet has claimed having the right answer. My question should not be directed to the West as a whole, but to the leaders, politicians, think-tanks and research centers in the US and Europe specifically. They are the ones who make policies, take positions and make the plans and are the ones who support Israel unequivocally. They are the ones who mix self-interest with ethics. This is all under the cover of human rights, freedom and the legality of the UN.
The war on Gaza, it’s brutality and the horrible TV pictures we saw, and the destruction we all have seen have left no room to believe those people (Leaders, politicians and intellects in the West) do value life, human dignity or justice. They also do not believe in human rights, in this region afflicted with war for 60 years, is an important issue. Blood has a bad, strong and inciting smell, which cannot be forgotten even with the passage of time.
You ask the hate question. Isn’t what is happening in Gaza today by the artificial body you created in the middle of our land is the best answer?
You are asking why they hate us? Is there any better answer than this answer, which the media is showing us nowadays hour by hour of the atrocities and children massacred in Gaza by the Israeli army? Didn’t this move the balancing nerves in your minds? Not to mention the missing justice except the end-result justice which you to reach.
You have started implanting this entity of yours in our land some 90 years ago. Your entity has grown up and became very strong and dangerous with your support and protection. You came to our region after WW1 to cut it into pieces and created the bigger hate camps and engines. You came uninvited, and before you left you created this monster colonialist entity, which means in fact you never left. You had a role and interest of every coup, every war in our region. You still dare ask: why they hate us?
If you actually do not believe Palestine was stolen by the Zionist who expelled Palestinians out of their homes by force more that half a century ago, is what is happening now is denying the remaining Palestinians even the right to remain alive? You are witnessing live genocide against the grand children of those Palestinians who fled their homes when your entity, Israel, was created. After so many years of refuge in poor camps, finally they get genocide. What value or ethics will tolerate this? And you still ask: why they hate us?
He, who implanted this terrible entity, fed it and secures it and made its safety a national interest, is the one who planted hate and fed it. The Palestinian refugees, their children and grand children who have endured and enduring this suffering carry with them the sheer injustice, the biggest cause to hate you and resist your plans. Despite world condemnation of the Gaza atrocities, from every corner, this has not yet broken your silence and conspiracy.
US Secretary of State department said a week ago to French press that the US popularity in the Arab countries is not good and she understand that Arab people see that part of their relationship with the US is humiliating, and she said this didn’t start with G W Bush and will not end with him, and she said that history will be fair. It is ironic that the genocide in Gaza ended her and Bush’s era. Yes indeed history was fair to this administration when their term ended with such crimes and atrocities.
The question of hate have no other reason or answer beyond this holocaust in Gaza, a holocaust we have seen and could not question. If the American Administration and other connected European states involved in the conflict continued to see the region trough the Zionists glasses, the hate drama will continue and so will the conflict and it’s bi-products which will affect us all.
Any observer will conclude despite the suffering and Zionist arrogance and it’s military might, history today is not in favor of Israel. This is a reality beginning to unfold as we see unprecedented world support to the Palestinian cause. Sooner or later, the West will realize that Israel is a burden on its ethics and it’s interests.
The Israelis leaders have confessed that they have to compete with time, which is no longer in their favor. One should not miss all the indications that came out during the war on Gaza. Who could have believed that millions in Turkey, Indonesia or Latin American marched in such a strong way in support of Palestinians? You provide Israel with the lifeline. Just cut this line and you will see this entity shrinking to its beginnings. You will be convinced that flooding Israel with money and weapons is eventually cutting your lines with such an important part of the world.
If the US is leading a war against terrorism, who has the guts to tell it’s leaders and intellects that if you want to know the roots of the hate feelings and terrorism which reached Manhattan, stop ignoring Palestine.
