Several explosions have torn through the Indian city of Jaipur, killing at least 60 people and wounding more than 100 others. "There are scenes of total panic and chaos in Jaipur tonight. We are hearing reports from the hospitals that they are literally overloaded with patients." No group has yet claimed responsibility.
