The White House quietly filed documents Monday night claiming the crucial records showing whether or not the Bush administration fudged pre-Iraq war intel are lost and cannot be recovered, a similar fate to records considered the crucial evidence in the Plamegate affair. Violations of the Presidential Records Act are being investigated by Congress, but will this make the major news media?
