Barack answers a tough question in Philly: Would he impeach in light of recent torture revelations? Obama's tightrope answer shows measured concern for his "Unifier" perception, but would "immediately review" the information alredy available to determine if crimes had been committed. Obama stops short of promising a fresh DOJ probe, but certainly puts Impeachment back on the table.
