Rumsfeld tells war critics to 'back off'

Who brought a dictionary to the White House and introduced BushCo to the word "benchmarks?" Apparently, said dictionary did not contain the terms 'standards, measurement, quantify, evaluation, or troubleshooting' which are essential to the process of benchmarking (yes, it is a process). Fact -- you can not benchmark what you can not describe...like 'victory' in Iraq.
