Sure, I knew James A. Traficant Jr. Who didn't? He was a man of the people and would rather visit a greasy spoon restaurant than sit around a congressional office. Although Traficant was the first U.S. Congressman to be expelled from office by his peers since the Civil War, many knew him as a savvy political hero who stood up for the little guy, the underdog, and he wasn't afraid to speak his mind about what he believed in - RIP Jimbo.
