Israeli, Hamas war crimes becoming increasingly hard to distinguish

Lawyer Lolita Brayman considers the dilemma of finding out which side, Israel or Hamas, shelled a UN-run school on Thursday morning. In the fog of war that has engulfed Israel's Operation Protective Edge, answering such a question is incredibly difficult. Nonetheless, a guilty verdict for either combatant would carry serious ramifications, putting the responsible party in breach of international law. After the UN Human Rights Council's recent launch of an enquiry into Israeli war crimes, finding the guilty party is of utmost importance - but a task unlikely to be completely satisfactorily.
