Judge dismisses case challenging targeted killing of US citizens by Obama administration

In court and in broad daylight, the Obama administration claimed that the president has the power to unilaterally and secretly order the killing of an American citizen without a trial or judicial review of any kind. The administration further argued that the case should not be allowed to proceed because it threatened to reveal "state secrets."
