Cheneys' Lies for Profit

As many of us are now aware, not too much actual reporting goes into taking down the Cheneys' family lies and myths. Their insistent repetition of them makes them money so why should they stop? Why not take a look at their investments over the past 20 years and see what access to the seat of power has done to enrich this avaricious family.
Later on, I will be posting my findings as how much their war mongering has helped them financially. I just wanted to post here for today the main rule for all actions taken by this very unpleasant family that has been fed, clothed and preserved at public expense for a very long time now. Think Cheney would be alive today if he were your father? Do you think he pays for this very expensive medical care he receives? I don't think so but I shall definitely make the inquiries that the press seems unwilling to make about why this family persists in spilling out one lie after another. To what end could this be going? Certainly just putting one daughter in an elected position is not worth all this work.
Yet tirelessly day in and day out they are out there spewing forth lie upon lie and they do not care.
I would not care either if those lies were making my investments increase rapidly and with no sign of them ever tanking.
What is the total US Defense budget? What percentage of that budget goes to the holdings the Cheneys have? Why was it possible for a vice president to hang onto shares in a company that was profiting from the decisions he was making while in service to this country as a member of the executive branch of the government?
Why do we not keep hammering away at these facts while we sit by and contemplate the ways in which we are constantly being duped by the media that is sworn, somehow, to find the truth in all claims.
Let's move to another example of the Cheneys as they pursue their own monetary goals. What ever happened to the secret energy talks that Cheney held while VP? Not only is this as relevant today as it was during the first term of the Bush administration, but it is relevant because no matter which way we turn, when it comes to the largest expenditures we make as a country to be "safe"--defense and energy--we find Cheney, the father, at the head of the table making decisions and raking in the chips.
Let us, please, put our collective minds together here and begin to indict this fellow and his cronies and protectors for robbing us blind, lying to us for their own personal profit and stop bickering about who is the most progressive and who should not be re-elected.
With the rise of this family which resembles a very real challenge to our democratic system of government we have no greater task before us than to unseat them, indict them and try them.
Let the system finds its voice and sooner rather than later. If we wait too much longer, the wait will have been the reason they succeed.
