It is your time
To take to flight
To soar to new goal filled heights
Courage is to not walk without fear
Rather to conquer it
By knowing it is there
And soothing it
With mindful care
Guided by that inner force
Spirit guided torch
Courage is to listen
Courage is
Not to ignore doubt
Rather ponder it and reroute
Let it remind you
Of how far youâ??ve come
And all that youâ??ve done
Courage is to look to the future
Despite any misapprehensions
Or past conditions
Aim high
Let your past be your ally
It is time to begin from the transition of change
From growing pains to gain
Wisdom to uplift
Embrace the gift
To inspire to leadership
If you feel guilt
It is only because of
All that you built
The sacrifices
The strength
You became
To all those
To the occasion you arose
For the common good
A diplomat for justice
A trustworthy force
With integrity
You became a collective voice
It is your time now
To infuse
All that diplomatic power
In to a new day
And a new hour
In to the new role
God intended you along for
With your charismatic rapport
Invigorate core
An ambassador for all
To fly and soar
You beckon the call
To climb
The successful ladder
To a higher ground
Ambitious bound
With leadership sound
It is your time now
So please avow
Let be what lives
Rest assured
As karma gives
For you have
With a passion
Attracted this
This is natureâ??s way
Of giving back bliss
For you to continue
To persist
To succeed
And to make the way
To supersede at mentoring speed
To be that leader and lead!
