I spent an inordinate amount of time energy and effort speaking to many of the County Commissioners in mine and surrounding Counties only to be merely tolerated and ultimately ignored. My reading on the subject is somewhat vast although I tend to find collusion amongst the legislators regardless of stripe, Secs O' State and the Manufacturers.
