David T.Chien, born in Taiwan in 1953, finished his education from primary school to college in Taiwan, then he went to Univ. of Texas at Arlington to obtain the master degree in civil engineering. He lived and worked in states from 1980 to 1995, then went back to Taiwan to serve as a senator of R.O.C. (Taiwan). He considers himself a follower of the founder of R.O.C., Dr. Sun Yat-Sen, so he believes he is like most of the Chinese people, they are very strongly anti-communist and advocate China's democratization, but at the same time, they will not tolerate international imperialists' robbery of their land and sea.
