If Provable Greed Caused Your Mortgage Trouble, Occupy Your Own Home It's uncomplicated now: rampant origination and securitazion fraud "legally" converted loans to stock, making it impossible to foreclose. A time bomb for consumers, banks, greedier middlemen and investors alike. The hedge fund guys at the top of the pyramid would have been arrested in years past, but crime has become legalized through bought-off millionaire Congressmen. Impetus for anyone to occupy their OWN home?
