Stiviano. The increased vastly increased value of the Clippers will vault the value of all other professional sports franchises will surge as well--an unjust enrichment from racism that should be devoted to anti-racism activism.

Remembering When Democrats Used to Take on Poverty Democrats used to fearlessly address poverty. Proud Democrats think of their connection to FDR's New Deal and LBJ's War on Poverty. Now the word "poverty" isn't even mentioned by our presidential ticket. The focus is on protecting the middle class, not tackling poverty. So it was Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan who gave a campaign speech on poverty, not the Democrats. How disappointing!
