If Corporations Are People, I'm All for DOMA If "corporations are people" then a merger constitutes a marriage. But a corporation has no gender so that would constitute a "same-sexless" marriage. Perhaps it's time we applied the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) to corporations.

They've occupied parks, shut down roadways, vandalized private property, assaulted law-abiding citizens and left entire communities afraid to venture into financially struggling downtown business districts. I am speaking, of course, about the police.
