Killing another human being is Always Wrong..... Isn't it?
Well, it's okay if you're a soldier killing the enemy, they tell me. Killings by police seem to be acceptable at least when the investigation is done by other policemen. Killing terrorists is really alright and according to Bush you can torture them first. Then there is self-defense. Others?
I agree, Thou Shalt Not Kill; except when there is NO QUESTION and no alternative and you KNOW, in what is in a good persons heart, it is the RIGHT THING and your duty and your responsibility. Oh, someday, all right thinking individuals will welcome and, are even today hoping and praying for the day when it should be possible to enjoy an entire planet full of people, who would each and every one, die, before they would kill.
But, anyone who believes that that time has arrived here on Earth is too stupid to live, and probably won't. And, please people, catch a glimpse of this peaceful Future World if even a small group begins to kill and there is no one able to stop them. What angers me most though, is how this belief is killing the innocents by not allowing the Good Folk to dispose of the predators.
There was this scenario I used maybe a couple of hundred times in an attempt to enable this non-violent individual to see the reality of this world. "You are a Good Person for believing what you do," I would tell them; and I meant it then and I still do. But, it is you and good thinking people like you, that forced this committed optimist to finally accept that if Good exists in the World, in you and others, maybe even a little in me, then Evil, the real thing, EVIL, could, and in fact must also share this Universe.
True Evil like you refuse to even think about and by your doctrine do suffer these Malevolent Maniacs to kill and kill again. Hitler, Stalin, Idi Amin, Pol Pot; If even one of these names is unfamiliar to you and you don't immediately take the time to find out who they are and what they did and I discover that you couldn't be bothered. I will spend an entire day sticking pins in your look-a-like doll.
And these are just a few examples of the current crop from the last 60 years or so. And the data rolls in on Bush and Cheney and the remainder of the mob.
Okay, here is what happened one afternoon as I arrived home from work, I noticed my neighbor's front door ajar. Now, I don't know my neighbor as well as I should, we both work very hard. She is I know, a third grade school teacher, loves children, volunteers and supports dozens of worthy causes, attends Church faithfully, has a glorious smile and is just simply a very good person. And, I have never in over 3 years seen her front door left open unattended. I feel that something is very wrong as I hurriedly reach under my car seat for my Ruger 44 Magnum, a six shot western style, long barrel revolver, nasty people killer and rush to the door. Listening quietly, I hear muffled screams from the back of the house.
Carefully entering a back bedroom to the scene that is of Dante's Worst, with two huge men sporting what I recognize as amateur prison tattoos covering their arms. These fiends are not only raping this lovely girl but also systematically beating her to death in the process. The fiend's perfect answer to a lack of witness to the Rape. I believe she is much more then half dead now...
If you had been I, what is your responsibility, your duty as a human being? What would you do? Many more then half of those I questioned said, "Run from the house screaming for help, rush home and call 911....." f*cking Idiots! More then 2/3's of the women answered thusly. When I reminded them that they had a loaded gun, their response often was, "Oh, But I wouldn't have had..." You silly nincompoops. If you be the girl; you be dead.
By the time help arrives, ten to twenty minutes, average Police response time nationwide, these two local manifestations of Evil would have had more than enough time to finish raping and killing this fine young girl and escape. Or if they were apprehended, their attorneys would destroy this girl's reputation. It is Court day, and both men are now attired in $1,000 suits (that cover all evidence of their tattoos), freshly shaven, hair neatly trimmed and with a hundred hours of rehearsal, articulate in their corroborating testimony that, the sex was consensual and she was happy, satisfied and smiling when they left. And, she is still dead regardless of the trials outcome.
To me, there is NO question of my duty; being absolutely sure of my aim, I kill them both with swift clean shots to the base of the skull. Quick, sure and now, I would recommend you call 911 with an ambulance priority for the victim and the cops' secondary.
I have never spoken of this that follows, to anyone, this last part of the scenario as I see it, think of it alot, but you're about to get it.
