Two-Party Con Job

Too many good Americans have been conned by the propaganda that it is futile to raise a political voice outside the two-party "system."
.
In fact, there is no two-party "system" any longer in the United States, but just a charade of characters calling themselves Republicans or Democrats, both going for the same corporate bucks, both competing for the larger share to sellout the people, both conducting their version of government by backroom deals with K Street lobbyists.
.
If there's to be an America exemplified by our ex-Bill of Rights, we decent and intelligent citizens need to crawl out of this hole the Demopublicans have dug for us, deny the bullshit of sacrosanct two-party exclusivity, and take our country back.
.
This will never happen -- short of revolution -- if we do not shed the notion that "third parties always fail."  (Item:  The Democrats were once a third party.  The Republicans were once a mere dream of revolutionaries.)
.
Our choices are essentially three:
.
1.  Start now to get to a genuine people's party that will resurrect our Bill of Rights, put the corporations in their place behind the best interests of people, end the otherwise endless wars, abolish torture, and start to re-institute our government's first priority as the servant of the people.
.
2.  Concede defeat, vote either way for the Demopublican's subservience to the corporatocracy, and pray.
.
3.  Get a gun and go underground.
.
I vote for Number 1.  But 2012 is upon us, so time is of the essence, and we cannot afford four more years of the Two-Party Con Job, which ultimately threatens a one-party agenda of peonage for decent working folks and turns leaden the "golden years" of our seniors.
.
It's time to open our minds, expose the two-party charade for what it is, and get working on taking back America in the election of 2012 -- which may be our last constitutional chance.
