Prison systems can be, especially, particular regarding communications to their prisoners from their supporters, imposing any kind of, seemingly, whimsical restrictions. Whistleblowers, those who assist them, and their supporters, get the message: If you must communicate with the "enemy", we have some hoops for you to jump through. So be it.
