So, Newt "Shut down the Government' states that the Dems are the party of "food stamps' than pay checks. Well, Newt, how many jobs besides jobs going to fund this war effort during the Bush era actually helped Americans?

Because of the Bush era, jobs were shed to millions of Americans unless you were employed by corporations such as Halliburton or Blackwater.

While that administration and the GOP funded two wars, American jobs were shed and are still being shed. It is called the Domino effect.

In the funding of this war effort an American embassy was built in Baghdad which cost the American taxpayer, $592 million dollars. This embassy is as large as the Vatican. Where was any Tea Party movement then?

By the way those on the right raise their fists in the building of a Mosque two blocks away from Ground Zero, yet an American embassy was built in Baghdad which was the site of "Shock and Awe'? For those of you who do not know what "Shock and Awe' was, it was when we as a nation bombed an innocent country in retaliation to 9/11. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.

To Newt Gingrich whose surname ends in rich, as a grocery store cashier as a paid position when not writing of politics, you know nothing of people who must rely on food stamps to eat. We must all eat in order to survive. This is what is lost upon all of you who turn your backs on the poor and those out of work.

People who must rely on food stamps are given an allocated amount each month and heaven forbid they go over it, cannot purchase food for their families. This as corporations and those who do benefit can dine on shrimp and champagne. Let us NOT FORGET about offshore tax havens used by many corporations. To know who they are, just Google them. These are the corporations responsible for taking down America, then folks who must rely on food stamps.

You want to call this class war fare, than all I have to say is, "Bring it on!" As a cashier I do not know how many children I have denied food because a person's food stamp account maxed out.

The head of any household forced to rely on food stamps because of this recession caused by the Bush era must feel humiliated. Yet, Newt chooses to pick a fight with them while trying to win an election season. This is sheer madness in my book.

To Newt Gingrich and others who believe in this philosophy, you try looking into the faces of those going hungry as we speak. I have, but have you? Imagine if you will the head of a household forced to put back cereals, rice and other food stuffs because there is not enough money in their account. I have seen their faces, yet these politicos have NOT!!!

As an American citizen, I would rather fund any food stamp program than any tax break for corporations.
