Why bother sharing my plight to millions of strangers on the Internet? Because since Uncle Sam has destroyed and separated our family, financially bankrupted me, and forced me to live in exile (or return to the U.S. to face bogus criminal charges that were already once dismissed by U.S. Federal Judge Jack Weinstein), I do not want anyone believing the grand illusion that America is truly a free country, when it absolutely is not. I wrote a book about all the corruption I personally witnessed, but had my manuscripts seized from me two times at gun-point by U.S. federal agents who had no warrants, and they did so in front of several witnesses. I still have a surviving copy of my book but after my son was born, my wife of 12 years made me promise not to publish it.
Having lived in China since the 2008 Olympics, I can honestly say I feel safer here than in my own native America where I once worked as a U.S. Federal Agent, Fortune 500 Executive and whistle blower of 18 government and corporate crimes. At least in China I do not have threatening phone calls in the middle of the night to my pregnant wife, or people shooting our family car or kitchen windows, simply because I was a witness to crimes committed by corrupt U.S. officials, including murder, drug smuggling, and extortion. Amongst other things I have reported/exposed the following criminal acts since age 19 as a petty officer in the U.S. Coast Guard to as recent as 2008:
The phony suicide/murder of young Patrick, a radioman petty officer witness to these thefts at Coast Guard Base San Juan.
A cigarette smuggling operation run by a 20 year veteran Coast Guard Warrant Officer (Corretjer) at Coast Guard Base San Juan.
Rape of 3 immigrant girls by INS guards and Supervisor (Carlos Ruiz) at the Krome Detention Center in Miami.
Beatings of Immigrant detainee (Kevin Hill of U.K.) by INS guard Albert Caporale.
Sexual Harassment of female ATC students at the FAA Air Traffic Control Academy in Oklahoma City by Administrative Deputy John Buzan.
The murder of IRS agent Liston Smith in Miami (1984) after he and I both exposed IRS political hit lists to FBI agents (Ben Grogan & Jerry Dove). This murder officially remains unsolved today, and it is the only murder of a federal agent that was NOT investigated by the FBI. Former Metro Dade Police Detective Steve Sessler admitted to me that it was a "hit - not a random murder" since they could find no motive for the murder.
The Red Cross HIV tainted blood banks of 1990 which I reported to CBS 60 Minutes which Mrs. Viera exposed on TV. (As a result FDA sued ARC and closed down 5 blood banks).
The DOW toxic chemical storage plant and related bribes in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (They were forced to shut down). Myself and Atty. Roberto Raffols of Isabela, P.R. exposed this corruption and organized a 3,000 person protest march covered by the San Juan Star and other local media.

The alliance between corrupt FBI Agent Terry Nelson and RCMP official and the Hells Angels in Canada (Even though Nelson was caught red handed he got bail and skipped the country. The bikers were eventually all busted - not Nelson. And no, it was not an undercover sting operation as the RCMP actually admitted to me and others. Former CIA agent Gene "Chip" Tatum also reported Nelson and was found murdered in Panama in 2008. Nelson's exploits are now detailed in a book by Rodney Stitch. I reported Nelson 9 years before Stitch ever wrote his book. So did another witness named Erling Ingvaldsen who actually worked for Nelson almost a decade.
