Sorry Ma'am I can not support your embed. Changes on the battlefield prevent me from explaining futher due to operations security.

Attn: 3ID, CPIC
Exhibit 11: I then wrote to CPIC asking them to reconsider rescinding my embed:
With regard to your recent change of plans concerning my embed with the 3ID, the purpose of this e-mail is to ask you to reconsider the withdrawal of your offer. Within the parameters of making your decision, I would like to point out to you that while I was embedded in Al Ambar with the Marines during October of 2007, I received a letter of commendation from a major general, a regiment challenge coin from a colonel and a battalion challenge coin from a Lt. colonel, embedded in Haditha and Hit without incident and can provide references upon request.
Further, I do understand that you are in a battlefield situation in Iraq. However, this situation will not pose a problem for me or for the units I would be embedded with because I am familiar with conditions in a combat area.
Please notify me of my status with regard to embedding with the 3ID by Thursday January 31, 2008 so that I might solidify my plans.
Very truly yours, Jane Stillwater
Exhibit 12: I received verbal confirmation that my embed had been rescinded when I called CPIC after I hadn't heard from them by the time I had requested a reply -- January 31, 2008:

Subject: Re: Embed request for Jane Stillwater
This matter is unacceptable. Please give me the name,
rank and e-mail of your commander so I can pursue this up
the chain of command. Thank you.
I am also enclosing a few of the entries on Google
under my name, FYI.
Jane Stillwater
Exhibit 13: I received an e-mail from Lt Col XXX to the effect that my embed had been rescinded by the officer "in charge of all the embeds that come into Iraq," and that said officer would be him. Lt. Col XXX also stated that he personally screens all embeds himself. He then gives the reason for his action as being due to "limited resources".
Ms. Stillwater,
